Well, after raging and reattaching that sleeve like, four times, I figured out the problem…
The sleeve was upside down.

I am officially the dumbest cow ever.
So I’m sewing this shirt…
and all four pieces (right/left-outer/lining) are EXACTLY the same.
And three of my sleeves are so fantastic that I’d say they’re probably the best I’ve ever made.
Like, I took pictures, that’s how fantastic they are.
BUT THEN THE LAST ONE.
I don’t even know what happened.
It is literally an inch wider than all of the others and I cannot pin the goddamn thing without the fabric bunching and laying weird.
I can’t take it in any more, and it’s for a commission that I have to deliver in an hour.
This is not fair. Other than this goddamn sleeve, this is the best shirt I’ve ever made.
BUT IT LOOKS LIKE POOP BECAUSE THE SLEEVE WON’T COOPERATE.

I spent pretty much all day derping around as the Once-ler.
I got a whooole lot of pictures now, and I’m going to start posting them on the other blog tonight. because I am too ashamed of this fandom to let my non-oncelet friends see them right now

Lots of trees, farm houses, giant machinery, Dr. Seuss books, marshmallows, and thneeds. Yup. Haha~ oh, and a special one for Sara. ;)
I think I should also mention that after the photoshoot I went and got frozen yogurt with my photographer-friend because it was FUCKING HOT outside and we were dying. While there, these two girls and their dad came in the store and the girls recognized me. Their dad was like, “So I guess my daughters really like your outfit..? Are you that guy from that Lorax movie? They made me look it up on my phone…” and then my day was made. :D
